We want you to love your milkyplant experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your appliance within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place your milkyplant and all original components into the original box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
